I have questions about cycling pre workout supplements?
I broke my collar bone 10 weeks ago and I will be allowed to play in 5 days but i have been allowed to lift for 3 1/2 weeks i have been taking pump fuel to get the maximum gains, well my tub is almost empty and Im going to start taking Muscle Pharm's Assault after I finish. I have heard things about "cycling pre workout supplements" what does that mean and when should I start taking assault
Answer:
Cycle every 1-3 months. So if you take it like 2 months straight...don't take it the 3rd month. Start up again 4th & 5 months with the supplements.
