This one home work out equipment namely the staircase can be done as follows
Grab a dumbbell with your right hand and take a step with your right foot, make sure the balls of your feet are at the edge of the stairs and you are supporting yourself with your left hand. Now take your left leg and rest it on your right calf muscles! Now do a repetition by rising up on your toes with the balls of your feet firmly implanted on the stairs. Hold the contraction for 5 seconds and then slowly lower your heels until they go down as deep as possible. Hold that stretch for 5 seconds!
This super slow workout ensures you are using correct form and works the muscle in its full range of motion
All you have to do is do as many repetitions as possible, when you can do no more, rest 5 seconds and rise as high as you can on your toes and stay at this full contracted position for as long as you can!
Now repeat for the other calf muscle
