How can I install a speed bag in my room?
I want to install a speed bag in my room. I live in an apartment, but we're gonna be here for like at least 20 years so drilling holes in the wall will be okay, if it's possible, I'm not sure what kind of wall it is. As far as noise, I have a weird schedule, and I can hit the bag in the mid afternoon when most people are at work and no one is sleeping.

i would check with my land lord first , have a friend you trust to hit the stud on the wall , have them build or do it yourself build a L shaped frame that you can attach it to at the right height for you and that would be how i would to it atleast
i would use 2 by 4s and then a square piece of plywood with a hole in the middle for the bag to hook to the 2 by 4 also use the thickest plywood you can find that way you dont haveto worry about the bag breaking it later on
