So I repeat: Go along with the footwear that you have done a lot of lessons in. Don't make any late changes. While i found some racing shoes I just loved, I wore them training until these were nicely broken in. I put those elastic, lock laces in it, i really never was required to tie them again i stick them away. I wore them for five Ironman races. As last transition, it had been like gaining a popular set of slippers. I NEVER had blisters or foot problems. I ran one Ironman marathon in 3:34 in those self same shoes.

FUEL BELT-I am glad to find out these think about it the market. It used to really bug me to run a protracted distance in training with a water bottle on my hip. I just seemed out of balance.
